Offices closed March 1 for computer upgrade
Dear Members,
Our offices will be CLOSED on Thursday March 1, 2018 and Reopening on Friday March 2, 2018. The purpose of this closing is for a new enhanced computer system.
Due to our system conversion, Online Banking will be UNAVAILABLE beginning February 28th at 2PM EST. We will work diligently to have the system available as soon as possible. All existing scheduled transfers and bill payments will continue to process. PLEASE NOTE: If you have a scheduled Bill Pay on March 1st it will not transact/post until the following day, March 2nd. If you have any questions please contact Member Services at 330-832-1371.
Please note that once the conversion is complete that you will still be able to LOG IN to Online Banking by using your Account Number as your LOG IN ID. Click LOG IN and then enter your SECURITY CODE, which is the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number. Click OK, and simply follow the prompts.
The conversion will no longer allow you access to e-statement history. If you wish to download any statements you will need to do so NO LATER than February 28, 2018. In addition, SHARED BRANCHING will not be available beginning end of business day February 28 thru March 5th.
Audio Response Teller (ART) will be updated and enhanced. PLEASE LISTEN CAREFULLY as some specific prompts may have changed.
