Dear Member,

Our Downtown Massillon office, 46 Federal Avenue, will undergo a major renovation beginning March 6, 2017, and will be completed approximately June 5, 2017.

During the remodeling process, it will be necessary to temporarily close the Federal Avenue office location until the completion of the remodeling. This will enable the renovation to finish much more quickly and save the credit union sizeable costs in this endeavor. When the renovation is complete we are sure you will be happy with the results as it will make the downtown office much easier to efficiently serve your financial needs.

We apologize in advance for any inconvenience. However, during the remodeling project, we will be happy to serve your financial needs at our following locations which are just a 5-minute drive from our Federal Avenue office at:

• 3920 Erie Street South (just south of Menard’s)

• Wales Square Branch 2056 Wales Road N.E

Both locations have Drive-Thrus and ATMs Also, the Federal Avenue ATM will be open during the remodeling. In addition, there are 25 Surcharge-Free ATMs within 8 miles of the Federal Office, and 12 Shared Branching Locations in Stark County where you can transact business while we renovate. If you have any questions or concerns please call 330-832-1371 Option 4 for more information.

Again, we apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you for your patience. We look forward to serving you soon at the renovated Federal Ave. office.

Sincerely,

Nicholas Langenfeld, President & CEO

Board nominations announced

Posted 3 months ago

News photo

Our members are the true foundation of the credit union and we thank you for your patronage and support.

The credit union is a cooperative financial institution owned and managed by the people who use its services: you, our members. A volunteer board is one of the primary differences between a credit union and a bank.

This year we have two seats up for election. Nominated for a 3-year term are: Melville “Bud” Maier and Gary Lucas.

The election will not be conducted by ballot and there will be no nominations from the floor when there is at least one nominee from each position.

Friends & Family Credit Union provides for the acceptance of additional nominations from the membership. If you are interested in running for the board of directors, send a letter of interest with a statement of biographical data, qualifications, and willingness to serve the appropriate term. This letter must be received at the credit union by February 28, 2017.
